Our senior member, Ernest C. Ramsay, was admitted to practice in 1964 and has practiced in the general real estate area of the law ever since, specializing in title services and title insurance on commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Ramsay was the head of the title services and title insurance department of Hansell & Post and the senior partner of Ramsay & Calloway, before the formation of Ramsay Title Group, LLC. He also has served as Chairman of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, as Special Counsel to the President of the State Bar on Title Insurance Matters and has spoken at seminars on numerous related bar issues, title examination, title insurance, real estate and related matters.
